Depuis l\u2019apparition de la pand\u00e9mie de la COVID-19, PARO a chang\u00e9 son approche pour continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9livrer de formidables programmes et services \u00e0 ses clients \u00e0 travers la province. Programmes et services PARO pour soutenir votre entreprise durant la COVID-19<\/strong><\/h1>

PARO offre une multitude de programmes et services tourn\u00e9s vers l\u2019assistance de femmes entrepreneures. PARO reconna\u00eet l'importance de maintenir votre entreprise durant la pand\u00e9mie de la COVID-19; pendant cette p\u00e9riode difficile, nous aimerions souligner les programmes suivants qui peuvent vous appuyer dans vos op\u00e9rations d\u2019affaires quotidiennes et de planification d\u2019urgence :<\/p>

Cercles de pr\u00eats entre pairs<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>
Les cercles de pr\u00eats sont des petits groupes de femmes aux m\u00eames id\u00e9es qui se rencontrent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour partager leurs exp\u00e9riences, se donner des conseils et agrandir leurs r\u00e9seaux de contacts personnels et professionnels. Les cercles sont des petits groupes compos\u00e9s de 4 \u00e0 7 femmes, \u00e2g\u00e9es de plus de 18 ans, qui g\u00e8rent actuellement leur propre entreprise, qui souhaitent en cr\u00e9er une, ou qui croient aux femmes aidant d\u2019autres femmes. Aujourd\u2019hui PARO est l\u2019une des plus importantes organisations de pr\u00eats par les pairs pour les petites entreprises en Am\u00e9rique du Nord<\/div>

Moments de mentorat<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>

Moments de mentorat est un programme qui cherche \u00e0 engager les mentors et les mentor\u00e9s des Cercles de pr\u00eats par les pairs de PARO, les r\u00e9seaux et tous les secteurs d\u2019affaires. Nous invitons les mentors et mentor\u00e9s qui sont nouveaux au sein de PARO de les rejoindre aussi. Notre mission est de renforcer la r\u00e9ussite des femmes de l\u2019Ontario, de les aider \u00e0 atteindre leurs objectifs entrepreneuriaux et leurs r\u00eaves, en liant des mentors et des mentor\u00e9s dans une relation fructueuse et mutuellement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique. C\u2019est un temps opportun pour s\u2019inscrire \u00e0 ce programme car tout le mentorat peut \u00eatre fait virtuellement. Sachant que la pand\u00e9mie peut modifier vos activit\u00e9s commerciales, c\u2019est certainement le bon moment de focaliser sur des domaines dans lesquels vous pourriez avoir besoin de plus d\u2019assistance.
